ERROR: The following object is already transferred.

we are facing issue with proyect, DV work fine, but on PY doesnt display changed in code reprot...

The following object is already transferred.  This is comparing the
last changed time/date of the source object with that of the target object.
If the source object is newer, the object is transferred.  If it is not,
as in this case, the object is not transferred.  The "last changed" time/date
for Object Librarian Objects is the check-in time/date.  For non-Object
Librarian Objects, it is the audit fields on the master record of the object.
