Korean Food Traceability Management System Reporting - Anyone else dealing with this?

I'm hoping someone out there is willing to help or is struggling like us.  The Korean government is requiring some intense reporting of food products (receipts, transfers, sales, returns, inventory issues, etc.).  One of the initial struggles is receiving.

The first request we are receiving is to add columns to the receiving table.  I'd prefer to use what is there or have a way to create a separate table with the information.  I saw that there is regional information option, but I'm not sure how to set this up.

Any help would be welcome.
