What can I salvage when we switch from RedHat 6 to Oracle Linux 6?

Hi

We have a three node, 11.2 0.4 cluster on rhel6 x86_64.  The cluster hosts several 11.2.0.4 RAC databases, and Enterprise Manage 12.1.0.3.  The binaries are installed on their own file system.  We would like to use Oracle Linux, but do not purchase Oracle's Unbreakable Kernel.

If I shut down all the Oracle products, they remove Red Hat, and then they install Oracle Linux, can I salvage most/any of what I've installed?  The IP addresses (public, VIP, SCAN) host names and cluster name would not be changed.

If I have to reinstall Clusterware (say I deinstalled it before they start), could I at least salvage the databases in the ASM disk groups?  Bring them online in the recreated cluster?

Howdy, Stranger!
