How to commit Inventory on SO with Qty in Future Qty Bucket(SDSONE)

We need to release order for picking (Print Pick slip).

But P42997 isn't making the inventory commitment status to H(Hard Commit) or C  for SO having Qty in SDSONE(Future Qty) field.Our process /DW is set to not release/print pick slip SO with Soft commitment.

Please advise ways how to move Qty away from future Quantity bucket so that P42997 hard commits it and we can proceed to start print pick slip

(we do not want to change commitment days in Inventory constant or Dreamwriter of P42997/Print Pick Slip)

We are on WS 7.3 cume12
