EP Controllable Cap Not Saving at the Class Level

We have leases where there are caps at the gross expense level on controllable expenses (before applying the share factor) so that the Adjusted Exposure already includes the cap adjustment results.   Applying the cap after the gross share is wrong based on the language of the lease.

I've tried various set ups without success and am looking to see if I can put a cap at the EP Class Information but it will not save my updates.  I enter the cap on the class,  save my changes on the class, exit and return to the class and my set up is not saved.   Has anyone experience the same issue? I have queried to see if it is a known  issue but have not found anything related to it.
