How to get members to calculate at a higher level?

Hello,

I have added some new members, and cannot get them to calculate at a higher level.  I have tried all sorts of member properties, but none will do what I want.  The level 0 members, FTE_1950_hours, FTE_2080_hours, and FTE_2144_hours are formula members, and calculate correctly.  A side question is, does a formula member have to be dynamic calc?

I will attach a small SmartView extract, without it, my question will not make sense.  The level 0 formula members roll up.  But I want the total_hours members to total to the Total Positions and Total Employees  level, like the Total Compensation member in the extract.  What do I have to change to get the total_hours members to total at higher levels?

Howdy, Stranger!
