Document Cannot Be Displayed

I am working with a customer who is logging into MOS for the first time.


He attempts to access the new user links, but cannot access any content.


He gets an error that document cannot be displayed.  Possible reasons: doc id entered incorrectly, doc id does not exist, etc.


He also tried searching for the DOC ID and clicking a direct link to the doc that I sent (
https://support.oracle.com/epmos/faces/DocumentDisplay?id=1959163.1&_adf.ctrl-state=15e5w7r9ch_9&_afrLoop=542823469827575)


He was using Chrome and I had him switch to IE.

Any ideas on how to help him?
