JDE Mobile Expense Management issues

In JDE Mobile Expense Management I am encountering two issues:

1. When I approve an expense report on my phone, the status of the report is not updated, and the expense report remains as "approval required".

2. When I attach a photo to an expense report on my phone that photo does not show up on my laptop as an attachment.

We're running JDE 9.1 on the Cloud, tools release 9.1.5, We're using AIS, not ADF.

Anybody any suggestions?
