OpeUI white screen after strange network error

Hello All.

We are planning migration to OpenUI and was faced strange problem.

There is the test OpenUI enabled OM on the production evironment.

Most of the time there is no problem to connect, but sometimes users see white screen.

In browser debugging mode I see network error like

require.js?_scb=:1788 GET http://<hostname>/ecommunications_openui/23030/scripts/order.js?_scb=8.1.1.11_[23030]_ENU net::ERR_CONNECTION_RESET

Our production web servers are placed behind network balancer, that can't parse symbols "[]"in that URL

This is the cause of the error.

But I can't understand the reason why sometimes SWSE adds this argument (
