Unable to Login to OTM because the error occured "Authentication Failed for user DBA.ADMIN"

Hi all, I need your help,

I installed OTM and executed update_password.sh.

then, "Authentication Failed for user DBA.ADMIN" error was occured and I could not Login to OTM.

(I tryed to login by using DBA.ADMIN and GUEST.ADMIN on the Login screen.)

This is my first time to install OTM.

I've never login to OTM after installation.

on the login screen,I saw the error as below.

"Invalid user name (DBA.ADMIN) or password. Please try again."

If someone faced to the same error and knew how to resolve this error,

Could you please teach me it?
