Unit List price getting vanish after adding new line in Quotation of EBusiness center form.

Hi,

We are facing a strange issue at Quote form of EBusiness center. Unit List price getting vanish for all lines when user enters any new line into quote (In-case of quote has one or several line items from opportunity to quote conversion). When user enter the lines directly into quote the unit list price is not getting populated even though the price list is defaulted at Quote header. Then user has to re-validate the price list name in price list field of quote header to achieve the prices at quote lines. 

Recently we upgraded from R12.1.2 to R12.1.3, after the upgrade this mishap occurred. Before upgrade it was working fine and populating the unit list prices automatically.
