PM Generation Based on actual meter target reading

Hi Gurus,

Currently our client's PM Generation is based on actual meter target reading, we setup the meters as rate per day of 0.1 and Number of past readings as 999999. We had no problem when generating a work order when the exact target meter reading is inputed, say for example, target meter reading to generate work order is 750, meter was input through mass meter readings, generate work order and the work order is generated. Our problem is when 750 is not inputted and 751 was the meter reading for that day that was inputted, work orders are not being generated.
