cloning from single node to multi node.

Hi Team,

I have installed oracle apps R12.1.1 and upgrade the applications to 12.1.3. it is single node installations ( database and applications services are on same server )

Now I need to clone the instance from multi node.  ( 2 nodes RAC )

multi node :

         --  2 node RAC. (CM on DB node )

         -- 2 applications node ( web nodes).

         -- Also provide the steps for load balancer configurations to balance 2 web nodes .

Do I required a very fresh installations on multi node instance and then clone the instance from single node to multi node ??

Could you please provide the basis steps and prerequisites required for the above.
