P3161 - Outside Operation - Generate PO - Access Violation Reading Location 0x00000000 Error

Issue:

I am facing issue - "Access Violation Reading Location 0x00000000 Error" while running the application: P3161 (Outside Operation Revision) for "Generating PO" from Form Exit.

Detail Description/Steps:

I am trying to Generate the Purchase Order from below steps:

1. Open Application: "P48013" and Enter Order number.

2. Select the "Order Number" and go to "Row" exit and choose Routing" - this will open application "P3112"

3. Select the Related Order and go to "Form" exit and choose "Outside Operations" - this will open application "P3161"

4. Item Number and other related information will be displayed as view-only, go to "Form" exit and choose "
