Product Compatibility is not working in Product Configurator

Hi,

We have requirement on component products compatibility like if user selects product A under component product z product B should not be visible under component product z.

For this i have created rules under compatibility matrix using exclude rule like "product A excludes product B". And i have checked Eligibility flag for both products A and B.

We set parameter EligibilityDisplayMode is '2'.

When i go to product configurator and select product A product B is also visible to select. Compatibility is not working as expected in Product configurator.

Can any one please find me what mistake i have made.
