How we can process sales order without list price ?

Hi Support,

We are processing sales orders for couple of Order Types without list price and than after ship confirm we run delivery challan report and at that time we come to know that for particular item list price not updated. So i want to understand how we can process sales order without list price. So that accordingly we can get the standard note message that for particular item not on specific price list at the time of sales order processing .
