Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Hi,

There is a functionality in order management to Merge promotions.

Is it possible to invoke the same functionality through inbound XML(non UI context)?

If yes, how can we invoke "ISS Promotion Merge Process" passing required input arguments?
