Has anyone seen an issue with calling SQL Loader from a form using HOST command after applying P1339

After applying the APR 2015 CPU patch, we are not longer able to import data, using SQL Loader, when invoking the HOST command from Oracle Forms.  Has anyone else seen this issue?
