Multiple Worksite Report for SPWL - Output for U.S. Department of Labor Electronic Data Reporting

The "Multiple Worksite Report for SPWL" creates a "Print MWR Report Output File" in .mf format.  When saving this file from Oracle view output to submit electronically you have two options: .txt or .htm.  We are saving as a .txt to submit electronically.  When you view output the file is easy to read in columns, then when you save to .txt the files loses it's column formatting and is no longer easy to read.  We attempted to submit this file and it was rejected by the Dept of Labor because the data should be in columns that match the file
