Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Where can you configure the encoding for the .DAT file in FDMEE?

I set App/System/Users to UTF-8, but the .DAT file is not in this encoding. It's USC-2 Little Endian.

I need to manipulate the data before loading to HFM but can't, because of the encoding.

Is this a Windows File System setting?
