SSHR for SITs Error. "

I have configured the SSHR setup for SITs. When I double click the SSHR SIT then the following Error displayed:

"The selected action is not available. The cause may be related to security. Contact your system administrator to verify your permission level for this action".

I have made Custom Responsibility and used that Custom Responsibility.

Kindly resolve this issue by giving me solution or suggestions.
