Getting issue while defining AME rule in requisition approval

Hi

I am trying to create a new rule of rule type 'List Modification ' but i am getting the error below.

'The transaction type does not have any action types for the rule type selected.Ensure that you add the selected rule type's action types to this transaction type to use in a Rule'

Can some help with this?
