Custom Web ADI using Accounting KFF LOV causing error while upload

Hi,

I have developed Custom Web ADI to upload Item data successfully in to a staging table.

Later I have added Table LOV and JAVA LOV to few fields and which are working fine.

In addition to that I have added KFF LOV for Accounting Flex Field which is opening fine for all Segment values. And able to select the data from LOV as well.

But after selecting the data for all 9 KFF segments, while click on Oracle -> Upload, it is causing below error:

Unable to perform group validation.

Please let me know if you need additional details (Attached the screen shot of Custom Web ADI and error message), and any help is much appreciated.
