we are imlementing multinode shared file system in 12.2.4 and wanted to know the significance of s_o

Hi All,

We are implementing 12.2. multi node shared file system and during adding additional nodes pairsfiles need to created for secondary node.

Just wanted to know the significance of the parameter s_ohs_instance .What if we set this same to all the nodes in the topology and what if not ?

Oracle documentation no where explains how to set the parameter and how it impacts the load balancing .

Really appreciate quick answers and thanks in advance.
