E900_TR9.1.3.3 What's local db used for ?

DB: Overview of Database Object Owners for EnterpriseOne Databases (Doc ID 629822.1)


As we might know that we may bypass security server to login to fat client /deployment server..After doing so, can we access the data from db server? If not mistaken, i did bypass security server and then resetup certain user for the correct pathcode prior to turning back on the security server..that specific can log in and retrieve data from db server?

As such, local db is used for storing local spec of all system objects? Pls further clarify the purpose of having local db in fat client / depsrv
