How to migrate 11GR2 ASM instance SAN1 disk LUN to another storage SAN2 for ASM instance in DR datab

Hi DBAs / Gurus /

We have Oracle 11g R2 RAC with Grid infrastructure Standalone server 1-Node running with ASM technology on IBM SAN storage, However, our database is replication to DR server through SAN to SAN (Storage level) to DR server, we have prepare the DR server with oracle 11g R2 database with ASM. Once we configure the ASM with GUI ASMCA utility it has format my SAN disk copy of data so that I'm not able to get production data via ASM disk. 

How do we migrate or replicate IBM SAN DISK / devices / LUN from one Oracle ASM disk group to another ASM disk group in another server located in DR sites?
