Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. Number of users can we create in 12c

Hi

We have one application in which the number of oracle users(schemas) are 1600+ which we are planning to migrate on 12c database.

So we want to know 'is there any limit to create users in oracle database'??

Will the increase in number of created users affect the performance of the database?? if yes how to resolve that??
