iSupplier used for control of internal supplier registration

Hi,

Is it possible to configure iSupplier so that it can be used internally (inside one  company)  to provide control of internal supplier registration?

Ideally user A would access a responsibility ( POS Supplier guest user?) and enter basic supplier info. User B would approve/reject the workflow notification and then complete the supplier masterdata

However, is it so that the supplier registration request must always be launched from inside the company? So the flow would be user A register the supplier and send registration invitation > user B complete basic data > user A approves
