Is there a report that will give me base salary that I can compare to the actual processed payroll?

My Finance department is asking how we can compare what employees have as their base salary/hours to the actual payroll processed every pay period.  I have never been able to find anything that would give me this information.  The zeropay report does not work for us since we have hundreds of seasonal flex employees.
