Smartview 11.1.2.5.400 Cell styles

When making an essbase ad hoc connection and going to Options to modify cell styles.  The user does not always get the option to expand the Member cells and Data Cells.

Anyone know what may contribute to this issue?  Smartview version is 11.1.2.5.400
