Budget Wizard document Read only fields - cannot be changed

Hi All,

I'm getting this error "Read only fields - cannot be changed" when trying to modify account numbers in the ADI spreadsheet.  I have applied pacth19316124 as suggested but I still get the error.   Is there a profile option or an Excel configuration I'm missing?
