We have Siebel resource 8.2.2.14 installed on our windows VM but not able to access URL.

Hi, We have Siebel resource 8.2.2.14.0 installed on our VM. We are able to create using on Siebel resource using Siebel API. However, When we try to access URL using “HYPERLINK "http://xyz.ibm.com/ecallcenter_enu/start.swe"http://XYZ.ibm.com/ecallcenter_enu/start.swe” or “HYPERLINK "http://xyz.ibm.com/objectmanager_enu"http://XYZ.ibm.com/objectmanager_enu” It gives blank page only instead of showing Siebel GUI. So there are no ways we can access GUI. We tried to check logs in IIS logs.
