how do I change the instance_id hostname?

I have Oracle BI Publisher 11.1.1.7.140415 installed and running.   Then the computer name was changed.  I managed to get what I thought was all the locations changed accordingly and BI Publisher does run, however, when I go to schedule a report to run, I receive the following error:
