CA_BI_INTFC fails with unique Constraint.

CA_BI_INTFC fails with the following error message:

Process 8025 ABENDED at Step CA_BI_INTFC.RC-20400.InsTA3 (Action SQL) -- RC = 805

ROLLBACK

-- 06.31.54 SQL Error: ORA-00001: unique constraint


Program fails while inserting rows for TRANS_TYPE_BI of Type "AE". (Accounting Entry). Please find the below SQL we used to find out the duplicate rows. I'm not sure if the AE field alone should cause the duplicate.  The translate value should be applicable to all interface lines for the revenue, so if I process three events 10,11,12. All three of those lines should have the AE if the Contract line has a split Revenue 75%, 25% to two different accounts then I should get 6 lines total all with AE. In addition I'll get other rows that may represent a "note" that was added to the Event, I
