Hi,

I need to generate a zero tax line even if the tax is out of scope.

Company is UK but sends goods to other countries. We only operate UK VAT. I have set up a rule 'Ship to not UK' and spefified out of scope VAT rate 'Z0' but no VAT is generated. It works fine when there is a UK ship to address.

Not sure what I am missing.
