New FERC Reporting changes

Hello,

I work for a energy company where we need to do submit quarterly/Annual reports to FERC. FERC has provided a free software Microsoft Visual FoxPro software to file these reports but now Microsoft has stopped supporting this software so FERC has decided move to XML format, like what they have done eTariff filing couple of years back. W\we have decided to implement internal reports to support these reporting changes but waiting on XML schema.

If any one in same situation, please share yours thoughts.
