Generic FSG Template creating unwanted Drilldown

How can this bug get momentum to be developed into an application patch for FSG?   The GL and Budget users create and FSG report and then click on cells in the workbook.  The Generic FSG Template should not create drilldown, but it does every time.  The business is highly inconvenienced by this and we had to develop a custom macro to turn off the unwanted drilldown for every FSG report after it is generated.

Oracle Support says that a bug is an enhancement request in this case and is not progressing SR #3-xxxxxx92661.
