We have currently upgraded to Agile 9.3.4.  In PPM, when a delegated owner edits an assigned task, the scheduled start and end dates of the task are getting updated.  As and example, task T41389 was created with a start date of 08/18/2015 scheduled end date of 09/30/2015.  The task is assigned to an owner, the owner edits the task to update the % complete, and the scheduled end date automatically updated to 09/18/2015. Each successive edit will modify the date
