why there isn't any Rounding record in my receipt data

Dear

The Rounding record is expected to be generated on ACCOUNTING_CLASS_CODE column In XLA_AE_LINES table.

While no matter how I changed the number of applications it just not generated.

I checked some notes and it is said that Rounding record should be generated as 0 if no rounding there.
