R3365 program generates an error in workcenter

Our Client is executing the R3365 Resource Profile Generation program and it is completing in D-Done status but the work center is generating an error as shown below:

Batch Job R3365, RIS0001, Busi

CAUSE . . . An error has occurred while processing cache in this application.

RESOLUTION.  See your system administrator.

I looked up this error in the My Oracle Support  Knowledge Document: E1: 33: R3365 Resource Profile Generation (Doc ID 626083.1)

It says like this:

2.  R3365 End with an Error within 1 second of submission.

The Work Center has the following Error message

CAUSE . . . An error has occurred while processing cache in this application.
