RTE server clustering

Hi,

We are in the process of installing RTE server in cluster (1 horizontal +1 vertical)on our production setup.

We have Solaris OS and Oracle 12c as DB.

We are using WLS 12c as Web Application server.

We are referring the http://docs.oracle.com/cd/E24902_01/doc.91/e24429/appx_cluster_weblogic.htm document for doing the same.

We have few queries regarding this document.

1. Do we need to install a seperate DB or a seperate schema in our existing JDE database will be sufficient?This question arised because in the refernce document, we are defining the connectivity to DB and not schema.
