Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. FRM-40735: PRE-INSERT trigger raised unhandled exception ORA-04063

While trying to save a Discrete Job the user gets the following error message: FRM-40735: PRE-INSERT trigger raised unhandled exception ORA-04063

The issue is consistently reproducible for every job that is created and saved.

Can someone please help.
