How to Open .Par file ?

Dear All,

I have extracted object specs using "Save Location" option in Development Client in .par compressed file (For Ex. BSVW_V4311_60_99.par) from our earlier version of 8.11.

Now, we have upgraded E1 system to 9.10 ( Tool Release 9.1.4 ) and I would like to check the changes in that object or not.

Issue:

How to view/open the specs/code from .par file in any Editor/Compare tool ?

(I just wants to compare the code between 2 different versions NOT to restore.)
