Siebel eCustomer Session timeout

Hi,

We have an Online Ordering Portal using the Siebel eCustomer Application.

The SessionTimeout parameter is setup to 15 minutes.

There is a functionality in the Portal where user can use favourite list to do 'Fast Orders'.

User selects the products to order from a given list and sets the quantity against them and clicks a button which adds the selected items to the shopping Cart.

There is a Custom script which does the validations and adding items to the cart.

We have noticed that when the no.of items to be added are more and the button has been clicked, the user is being logged out when the total session login time completes 15 minutes.
