Delivery optons Not available after upgrade from 12.0.4 to 12.1.1

Hi,

I am not sure whether I am using right space or not.

I have seen fresh installation of 12.1.3, in which Delivery Options are available when you submit concurrent request, we have upgraded from 12.0.4 to 12.1.1, I was expecting Delivery Options might be available but when checked it is not.

Is Delivery Options available in 12.1.1 or not?

If yes how to enable the same?
