Orders Taking too much time for completion

Hi,

On monday due to DB Locks multiple orders failed in production.

This order includes inactivating products and activating new products.

Whenever we are retying these orders from SOA, BRM is taking more time for responding.

Similar type of orders which placed after this issue are flowing without any problem.

Whenever we are retrying these orders it is creating locks in DB. And following is the query it is creating lock in:

update service_t set poid_rev = poid_rev + 1, mod_t = :mod_t, effective_t=:effective_t where poid_id0 = :poid_id0
