Siebel Services not starting after Migrate Upgrade from 8.1.1.5 to 15.0.0.0

Hi MOSC

We have existing production running on 8.1.1.5 so the suggested upgrade path was to opt for Migrate Upgrade

I have installed the Siebel Enterprise,Configured the Gateway,Enterprise and Siebel Server on Linux x86-64

The Gateway is up and running. When trying to start The Siebel Server starts a process but immediately goes into he siebsrvrnot running mode.I am still using the srf compiled from 8.1.1.5 and old repository.

I have not run the IRM.When checking the siebsrvr log following error description can be seen

/u01/app/siebel/siebsrvr/log/SiebSrvr.log 8.1.1.5 [21229] ENU

GenericLog      GenericError    1       0001468755cb69ce:0      2015-08-18 12:40:56     (sccnmsys.cpp (1306) err=2883609 sys=0) SBL-SCC-00025: No value found in the Gateway. Default value in the repository is used.
