How to calculate Meal allowance automatically, Based up on TIME IN and TIME OUT.

One of my clients have a requirement that, based up on Employee Time IN and Time OUT we have to calculate the Meal allowance automatically. For Eg: If a employees works for specific time i,e. 06:00 to 11:00, 13:00 to 15:00 and 19:00 to 21:00, On this week off day (or) Holidays he has to get paid this meal allowance automatically. Can you please suggest me how can i go forwarded for this requirement. Thanks in Advance.
