Endpoint URL for webservice

Hi,

Is there anyway of sharing the webservice with external system, without actually sharing the wsdl file.

Like from the endpoint URL, can anyone somehow generate the wsdl.

The goal is , we do not want to send a new wsdl file everything we change something in the webservice,

From the endpoint URL external system should be able to generate the latest version of wsdl on their own.

Is there anyway of achieving this is siebel?
