How many types of solutions provided by Oracle for reported issues?
Dear All,
I would like to know the "LEVEL OF RESOLUTIONS" provided by Oracle for reported issues or faced during several new version releases.
I have read in many articles that, "Paper Fix" has been applied for this issue or "Bug Fix" applied for this issue etc..
Few basic/sample questions like,
1. What is "Paper fix" and what it consist of ?
2. What is "BUG", What it consist of ? How to check the details from Bug ? How to Apply BUG ?
same way for Patch / ESU / ASU etc.
Brief and Clear clarification for better understanding will really appreciate instead of lengthy KM or TechNotes or Reference PDFs.
